Do you have an event where a "Standby Ambulance" is needed? Anytime you have a group of people gathered for an event, show, or festival, the odds of a medical emergency increases. The Westerly Ambulance Corps, Inc. can provide standby services for indoor or outdoor events of any size.  The Westerly Ambulance Corps professional staff has the experience necessary to assist you in planning your event.  We take all the risk factors into consideration and make sure the proper equipment and resources are in place to address any potential medical response scenario.

The Westerly Ambulance Corps, Inc. will provide standby coverage when availabe for events in our coverage area when requested by the events coordinator. Effective July, 1, 2017 The Westerly Ambulance Corps will begin charging to cover our staffing costs associated with your event.

In order to request "Standby Ambulance Coverage" click here to complete a request form. A member of The Westerly Ambulance Corps, Inc. will contact you to discuss the event and ambulance needs. All "Standby" requests shall be made at least 72 hours prior to the event occurring.

The Westerly Ambulance Corps, Inc. reserves the right to cancel, pull, move any Corps asset or personnel should the need arise in the event of a natural or manmade emergency such as and including a mass casualty incident.
