 Routine Transports
To schedule inter-hospital or routine transport services, please call (401) 596-2213. All transports must be authorized by a physician and be medically necessary. Calls must come from a hospital, medical facility or physician's office. A Physician's Certification Statement (PCS Form) is required to be filled out for ALL non-emergency ambulance transports.
All Routine Transports are subject to the availability of manpower and apparatus.
All transports must originate in the State of Rhode Island.
Westerly Ambulance Corps does not provide routine transportation to doctor offices, dialysis or to other scheduled appointments.
