The Westerly Ambulance Corps is working with a graduate student and Dr. Michael Hall at Roger Williams University, conducting a program evaluation seeking to evaluate patient satisfaction.

If the Corps has provided you service we are asking you to take 10-15 minute survey. Participating in the survey is completely voluntary and the data provided is confidential.
