The Westerly Ambulance Corps is turning 100 years old in 2017 and our organization is beginning the anniversary year with a “kick-off” celebration at our Headquarters located at 30 Chestnut Street on Friday January 6th, 2017 at 6pm.

Founded in 1917, The Westerly Ambulance Corps is the oldest private volunteer ambulance Corps in the country. Our “kick-off” celebration is the first official event out of 5 planned anniversary celebrations.

On January 6th, we will have a short ceremony where we will unveil our anniversary ambulance and logo along with the list of scheduled events for 2017.

This event is open to the public and all local press organizations are invited to attend.
